Supply has been in business since 1989. Our inventory is
always expanding. If you are interested in an item and do
not see it on our Web Site, please feel free to ask, we
may already stock it or we may be able to obtain it for

YES! We do have a 3,500 square foot
Showroom as well as our web site, for all Retail and Wholesale customers. Please come visit us if
you are in the area. We love to see our customers in
person as well as helping them on the phone or processing
their web orders through our convenient "Basket

Company Policies
Customer Information:
- After you create
your First "Login" and you are an
out-of state customer or you have sent us your
Maine Tax I.D., your wholesale setting will be
changed. An e-mail will be sent to confirm your
ability to view the wholesale gemstone bead prices.
However, new logins created on a Saturday or
Sunday will be updated the following Monday
during our regular business hours.
- If you are an Out-of-State Ship-To customer
you will receive the wholesale gemstone bead pricing and
you will not be charged sales tax for the State
of Maine.
- If you are an In-State Ship-To customer - You
must supply us with your Tax Certificate to be
considered to be a Wholesale/Tax Free Purchaser.
- If you reside in the State of Maine and do not
hold a valid Tax Certificate you may purchase at
our regular prices prices shown.

Payment:
- Visa, MasterCard,
money orders, personal and business checks. All
payments in US funds only. Payments for orders are
not charged by the web site. All credit card payments
are processed at our store location in Portland,
Maine when your order has shipped.
- All International
order credit card payments will be authenticated
before products will be released.
Shipping:
- Merchandise is
shipped via UPS and USPS. All shipping and
handling costs will be added to the invoice. We always try to ship the most economical way possible.
Shipping charges start at about $5.43. You may request
a specific shipping method in the "Special
Instructions" box at the end of your order.
We do our best to ship the most cost efficent way
for our customers.
Back Orders:
- It is our goal to
fill your order completely, however, some items
are not always available. Please indicate if back
orders are acceptable on your order. Back Order Shipments will be charged for shipping, however we will waive the handling fee. If the back
order is not filled within 60 days, it will be
automatically canceled.
Return Policy:
- Pre-authorization
must be made before any items are returned to J.
S. RITTER.
- Call for a Return
Merchandise Authorization number
"R.M.A."
- Any items returned
without an authorization number will not be
accepted.
- Returns must be
made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any items returned after 30 days will be charged
a 20% restocking charge IF received in good
condition and in the original packaging.
- Special orders are
not returnable.
- No returns will be
accepted after 45 days.
- No returns on
precious metal stock. (gold, silver or gold
filled). No returns on books or videos.
100% Satisfaction
Policy. Our intentions are to keep you happy. If you are
not satisfied with the merchandise, return it in its
original condition within 30 days and we will exchange it
or refund your money. When returning merchandise, please
specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Note:
- All personal
customer information is secure and held in
confidence. We will never sell our e-mail lists
or any other personal information.
- Semiprecious beads
are likely to be artificially enhanced. We do not
guarantee any of these products to be colorfast
or permanent in color.
